Customer Service Executive
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their schedule appointments
2) Managing the appointment book and room reservations, cashiering and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
3) Answering phone calls and maintaining tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which company may decide from time to time.
4) Assisting consultants in the sale of spa services where required.
1) Minimum GCE O'levels
2) Proficient in English and Mandarin
3) At least 1 year of relevant experience
