Job Description


  • Manages contracts including sales quotations, renewals and terminations.
  • Coordinates with order processing and support teams for implementations, issues and/or disputes
  • Keeps regular engagement with customers and updates them with new products and promotions and to maintain good relationship.
  • Undertakes any other adhoc projects/duties related to sales as per assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years customer service or related experience
  • Proficiency in computing and internet applications such as MS Office
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude
  • Independent, result-oriented with the tenacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized and meticulous.
