Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Multi task in answering call, replying to customer email timely 
  • Prepare delivery order and quotation 
  • To arrange for daily appointments and scheduling 
  • To maintain good customer relationship 
  • To respond to customer queries via phone call and email 
  • Monthly report and stock take 
  • Admin duties as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • Good written skills (e.g. to prepare reports)
  • Responsible, positive work attitude and able to work well as a team and independently as well
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
  • 5 days work week , 8.30am to 5.30pm
