Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Enter customer's orders in time to ERP system, support customer order entry
  • Sales order processing and monitor delivery of outstanding orders for the team
  • Updating of standard order pricing and enquiries in professional manner
  • Work closely with customer and account manager on a daily basis related to orders
  • Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of order to meet delivery deadlines
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • Good ability to work and multi-task in a fast moving environment
  • Strong people management skills, independent, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Friendly and supportive attitude towards colleagues and customers 
  • Able to communicate in spoken and written English
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Able to start on short notice
