Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
  • Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fees collection
  • Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
  • Manage of overall duty rosters of teaching staff and student scheduling
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
  • Assist in statistical compilations – payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc
  • Achieve stated outcomes in customer service, financial targets, operational processes and staff development
  • This role requires a constant focus on a high quality customer experience

 

Requirements:

  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel
  • Applicants must be willing to work "retail hours" (weekend and night)
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self driven and resourceful

Work Location :  Choa Chu Kang

 

Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for Assistant Manager role.
