Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to hotline calls on products and services.
  • Attend to customer queries, complaints and concerns from other sources.
  • Follow up to provide solutions or recommendations.
  • Follow up on service termination requests.
  • Attend to service requests from emails and faxes.
  • Provide back-end support for applications processing.
  • Assist in handling customers at front counter, when necessary.
  • On standby duty rotation to handle urgent calls after office hours.
  • Generate monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a GCE "O" Level.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Call centre experience will be a added advantage.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
