Job Description


As a Customer Service Representative, the primary duty is to respond to lapses in product consistency or services offered. Candidate must be able to listen actively and display empathy when corresponding via email or during phone conversation in Mandarin. A usual routine of the job requires candidate to inquire into customer's feedback; determining the cause of the lapses; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the inconveniences experienced.

Job descriptions:

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and prompt response to email
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Handle Mystery diner and monthly meetings presentation slides
  • Advise on company information
  • Act as the company gatekeeper


  • Minimum Diploma
  • At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong background in F&B / Hospitality
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Office Applications
  • Required to work on weekend if new opening of outlets (if any)
