Job Description

Job Requirements

1. GCE O/A Level/ITE/ Diploma qualification. University graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Those without ITE/Diploma qualification but has working experience in customer or sales support will also be considered favourably.

3. Possess Microsoft EXCEL and WORD document skills

4. Good Verbal Communication Skills

5. Customer service oriented, positive working attitude and team player

 

Job Duties

1. Prepare sales performance reports and information for Sales Team’s decision-making

2. Handle customers order requests, enquiries and concerns

4. Assist in reviewing existing work procedures and recommend improvements

5. Help to identify best practices, document best practices or procedures and ensure support staff perform according to service guidelines

6. Responsible for general admin work function such as maintain proper records and filing of invoices, delivery orders, documents and order stationaries and supplies for company.

7. Generate monthly statement of accounts to customers

8. Supervise and review work performance of customer support staff

 

Salary, Benefits & Other Information

Basic Salary – up to $2,500 per month depending on experience.

13th AWS/Bonus

6 Months Probations

5.5 Working days per week

Working Hours (8 am to -5pm)

Working Location at Tuas Bay Walk

Company Transport Pick-up Point – at Yew Tee and Boon Lay MRT station
