Job Description

Customer Service Executive

 


We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.


 

Working Location: Central

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, requests, disputes, appeals, feedback promptly in a professional manner to achieve positive customer experience.
  • Highlight/recommend improvements and solution to problems/issues so as to improve and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and collate data and information on customer needs and satisfaction
  • Submission of Claims and monitoring of Refunds
  • Assigning of financial clearance cases and ensuring replies within the stipulated time frame
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and keen to learn
