Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Authority

* Reports to Manager

* Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

* Respond promptly to customer inquires

* Handle and resolve customer complaints

* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

* Provide pricing and delivery information

* Perform customer/vehicle verification pre/post installation

* Plan and monitor overall work flow within the department to meet customer timeframes

* Manage customers' accounts, administration and maintain customer data bases.

* Customer feedback form analysis

* Process orders, forms, applications and requests

* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

* Assist colleagues when necessarily

* Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirement:-

* Highly results focused

* Good communication skills and customer service oriented

* Sales Planning, Meeting Sales goals

* Good computer skills and knowledge of POS

* Dedication to provide excellent customer service

* Knowledge of window film an advantage

* Ability to multi-task in a demanding fast paced environment and work independently
