- Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
- Manage Customer calls for support and co-ordination
- Responsible for On-time deliveries for Both Internal Customers (Engineers) & External Customers.
- Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure On-time deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Assist in Marketing and Saless support
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentations/Stock updates
- Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
- Build and maintain a good customer relationship
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service support/ Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivale
