- To assist in the handling of general customers’ enquiries and feedback as well as to support On-line and FB enquiries.
- Other duties also include monthly submission and presentation of Monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Report.
- To assist in the running of Customer Service Committee.
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Preferably with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center
- Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or some knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Available immediate or within short notice
