Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the handling of general customers’ enquiries and feedback as well as to support On-line and FB enquiries.
  • Other duties also include monthly submission and presentation of Monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Report.
  • To assist in the running of Customer Service Committee.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Preferably with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in call center
  • Possess strong customer service mindset and communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications or some knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Available immediate or within short notice
