Job Description

 

Your roles & responsibilities include:

  • Attend to incoming calls and respond to emails pertaining to home delivery orders
  • Handles customers’ enquiries by clarifying desired information pertaining to products and services
  • Coordinate and schedule home deliveries and to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Manage customers’ feedback and provide appropriate solutions and/or to escalate unresolved issues for further management
  • Provide customer with product and service information
  • Up-selling or/and cross-selling of products and services by understanding customers’ needs

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION

  • Minimum “N” Level

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Be a strong team player with positive attitude
  • Must be hard working, mature and pleasant personality
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Should be a self-motivated sales person
