Job Description

At the Centre for Effective Living (CEL), we are committed to building people and celebrating effective living. As the point of first contact, the Customer Service Executive plays a crucial role as a representative of our organisation. The individual has to be approachable and customer oriented. 


  • Representing the Centre's front-line contact with customers and referring enquiries accordingly
  • Handling of registrations and careful keeping of client records, updating and maintaining of client database
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling over the counter payments, simple invoicing and settlement of accounts at the end of the day
  • Tracking and maintenance of psychological test materials
  • Simple secretarial support to various consultants on an adhoc basis
  • Simple housekeeping of the waiting area and clinical rooms
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
  • Administrative support to Head of Operations


  • Able to start work immediately
  • Diploma, GCE A / O / N Level, NITEC
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, resourceful and independent individual who possess strong administration, coordination, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to liasise with Chinese, Indonesian, Indian and Caucasian clients
  • Office hours, 5.5-day work week
