Requirements:

 

  • At least 1 years of experience in insurance and/or office related work 

  • Proficiency in English and able to handle queries and request from Mandarin speaking clients.

  • Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpresonal and communications skills

  • Independent, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently

  • Works well in a team environment

Job Description:

  • Sorting of incoming and outgoing mails

  • Compilation of policy wordings, Health guide, product summary, etc.

  • Retrieve phone calls and emails for follow up action

  • Data entry, typing letters, document printing, filing, etc.

  • Ad-hoc duties as directed

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work week

  • Mondays - Friday : 9 am to 6 pm
