Customer Service Executive
At least 1 years of experience in insurance and/or office related work
Proficiency in English and able to handle queries and request from Mandarin speaking clients.
Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpresonal and communications skills
Independent, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently
Works well in a team environment
Sorting of incoming and outgoing mails
Compilation of policy wordings, Health guide, product summary, etc.
Retrieve phone calls and emails for follow up action
Data entry, typing letters, document printing, filing, etc.
Ad-hoc duties as directed
5-day work week
Mondays - Friday : 9 am to 6 pm
