Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support via email or hotline
- Log all customer requests into internal ticketing system
- Troubleshoot all end-user related issues
- Perform the generation of monthly ticketing report
- Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user
- Proactive update and follow up to end users
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
- Perform laptop imaging and deployment when required
- Update knowledge base for end-user support
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Familiar with Windows OS
- Printer administration, Office 365, Active Directory, O365 Sharepoints, O365 Email and OneDrive support experience will be added advantage
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment to customer service
