Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support via email or hotline
  • Log all customer requests into internal ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot all end-user related issues
  • Perform the generation of monthly ticketing report
  • Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user
  • Proactive update and follow up to end users
  • Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
  • Perform laptop imaging and deployment when required
  • Update knowledge base for end-user support

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Familiar with Windows OS
  • Printer administration, Office 365, Active Directory, O365 Sharepoints, O365 Email and OneDrive support experience will be added advantage
  • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and commitment to customer service
