Job Description

We are a fast growing education centre providing a wide range of learning programs for school students from Primary to JC levels. To fuel our rapid expansion, we are looking for dynamic and forthcoming individuals to join our highly energetic Customer Service team.

General Job Scope:

  • Attending to customer’s enquiry via various modes (e.g. Phone call/ walk-in/ E-mail)
  • Promoting and educating customers on our programmes
  • Follow-up / inform customers and students of any  upcoming programmes
  • Handling of various modes of payments (e.g. MasterCard/ Visa/ NETS/ Cheque/ Cash)
  • Tracking and maintenance of student attendance
  • Assist in coordination and allocation of students and classes
  • Other ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

  • Speaks and writes English fluently
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Words and Internet
  • Excellent client servicing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Able to work as a team
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task
  • Able to work on both weekends
