Job Description

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (11am till 7pm) & Sat (11am till 5pm)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver services to our customers professionally according to company's service standards
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Handle general walk in enquiries
  • Support service operations
  • Handle any other service centre administrative functions

 

Requirements:

  • Singaporean/ SPR only
  • Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
  • Must have experience in customer service in branded electronic products
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin as need to deal with Chinese customers
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and good typing skills
