Up to $2,400 - 2,800 Depending on experiences
Medical & Dental Reimbursements
Medical Leaves/Annual Leaves
Mondays - Fridays, 11am - 7pm & Saturdays, 11am - 5pm

Our Client, in the Electronics Industry has openings for Customer Service Executive.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide pro-active support to the team
  • Provide customer service over the phone
  • Resolve customers' queries efficiently and escalate any issues promptly
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customers’ queries
  • Ensure that the service level is met
  • Provide administrative support
  • Other duties as and when assigned

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec/Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service role.
  • At least 1 year of experience or knowledge in branded electronics products will be an advantage.
