Customer Service Executive (East, $3.5k)
What About the Job:
- Attending to shipment enquiries
- Ensuring and answering quotations in timely manners
- Follow up on quotations
- Checking freight rates with carriers / airlines / overseas agents
- Generating reports
- Filling and other admin duties
What it Takes:
- GCE N/ O levels or Diploma holders
- PC Proficient
- 1-2 years experience in Airfreight/Logistics
- Is customer service oriented and a self-starter
- Possesses positive working attitude
- Is meticulous
