Job Description

Customer Service Executive (East, $3.5k)

 

What About the Job:

  • Attending to shipment enquiries
  • Ensuring and answering quotations in timely manners
  • Follow up on quotations
  • Checking freight rates with carriers / airlines / overseas agents
  • Generating reports
  • Filling and other admin duties

What it Takes:

  • GCE N/ O levels or Diploma holders
  • PC Proficient
  • 1-2 years experience in Airfreight/Logistics
  • Is customer service oriented and a self-starter
  • Possesses positive working attitude
  • Is meticulous
