Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Counter)

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.

Location: East

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for resolution of customer IT problems, requests and queries.
  • Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
  • Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, and perform standard transaction processing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a NITEC or Diploma
  • IT savvy
  • Customer service experience
  • Pleasant and friendly disposition
