Job Description

Job Description

  • Be the voice of the company, provide professional service to client via phone and email
  • Handle phone and email enquiries on company product or services
  • Ensure call and email details are entered into CRM system
  • Follow-Up with internal & external parties on pending cases till issue is resolved

Requirement

  • Min 1 years of experienced in fast paced call centre environment 
  • Experience with Insurance industy will be advantage
  • Good problem solver and able to handle difficult situation
  • Excellent communication skill, bilingual in English and Cantonese to liaise with customer from Hong Kong
