• Project: Government
• Salary: Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus
• Location: East
• Working Hours: Rotating AM/PM shifts, 5 days per week (including weekends & PH)
- Handle inbound call enquiries and feedback from members of the public
- Uphold a high level of service standard while responding to queries in a timely manner
- Minimum GCE O levels
- At least 1 year of call centre experience preferred
- Able to commit to shift hours
