Job Description

• Project: Government
• Salary: Basic + Incentives + Allowances + Bonus
• Location: East
 Working Hours: Rotating AM/PM shifts, 5 days per week (including weekends & PH) 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound call enquiries and feedback from members of the public
  • Uphold a high level of service standard while responding to queries in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O levels
  • At least 1 year of call centre experience preferred
  • Able to commit to shift hours
