Job Description

* Our client is a well-established FMCG company, currently looking for Customer Service Executive to provide professional customer communications via hotline and electronic channels.

* Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via hotline and electronic channels
  • Effective case management by monitor and executing prompt and appropriate responses.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues within stipulated SLAs
  • Conduct, monitor and facilitate thorough investigations through to resolution
  • Manage difficult situations and execute negotiations with finesse
  • Accurately maintain records of all case details and internal/external communications/interactions in feedback management system

Requirments

  • Minimum GCE O level qualification
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Chinese-speaking customers
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environments
  • Team player who contributes to knowledge base and team synergy by sharing and communicating information effectively to enhance learning within the team
