Customer Service Executive (Call Center / Tampines / $3K)
* Our client is a well-established FMCG company, currently looking for Customer Service Executive to provide professional customer communications via hotline and electronic channels.
* Working hours : Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner via hotline and electronic channels
- Effective case management by monitor and executing prompt and appropriate responses.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues within stipulated SLAs
- Conduct, monitor and facilitate thorough investigations through to resolution
- Manage difficult situations and execute negotiations with finesse
- Accurately maintain records of all case details and internal/external communications/interactions in feedback management system
- Minimum GCE O level qualification
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Chinese-speaking customers
- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environments
- Team player who contributes to knowledge base and team synergy by sharing and communicating information effectively to enhance learning within the team
