Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensuring the security of client’s platform
  • Attend, respond to incoming request in relation to fraudulent
  • Identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends
  • Communicate with Team Leads and escalate complex issues
  • Requires professional interaction and communication, both within the organization and external clients
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirement

  • Able to converse in both English & Burmese (to communicate with Myanmar's counterpart)
  • Diploma in any field
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience
  • Able to commit 5 days work week, office hours
  • Tech savvy and familiar with social media platforms
