Customer Service Executive (Burmese Speaking)

- 5 working days per week
- Ensuring the security of client’s platform
- Attend, respond to incoming request in relation to fraudulent
- Identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends
- Communicate with Team Leads and escalate complex issues
- Requires professional interaction and communication, both within the organization and external clients
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties when required
- Able to converse in both English & Burmese (to communicate with Myanmar's counterpart)
- Diploma in any field
- 1 – 2 years of working experience
- Able to commit 5 days work week, office hours
- Tech savvy and familiar with social media platforms
