  • *No quota for foreigners*
  • Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
  • Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
  • Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise clients accordingly
  • Assist in administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into system / template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.  
  • Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
  • Track and monitor shipments status and inform keep customer updated
  • Maintain good relationships with both customers and airlines by handling client's enquiries timely and effectively
  • Work closely with Operations and Billing Team to meet customers’ requirements as well as providing accurate data for invoicing
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), alternate Saturday (9am – 1pm)
  • Candidate may be required to work on shift and weekends
  • Salary up to $3.6k (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field (e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc)
  • Min N-level qualification
  • Must be familiar with CCN system
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must be bilingual (English and Mandarin) to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking associates
