Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service duties via handling daily enquiries via email or telephone
  • Ensure that customer cases are accurately routed to relevant team for investigation/follow up. Ensure that responses to customers are completed effectively and timely.
  • Perform work with accuracy and adhere to compliance protools while conducting investigations and case routing.
  • Ensuring quality service and compliance to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 1 to 2 years of customer service/ call centre environment
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and listening skills.
  • Meticulous and detail orientated.
