- Perform customer service duties via handling daily enquiries via email or telephone
- Ensure that customer cases are accurately routed to relevant team for investigation/follow up. Ensure that responses to customers are completed effectively and timely.
- Perform work with accuracy and adhere to compliance protools while conducting investigations and case routing.
- Ensuring quality service and compliance to established policies and procedures.
- At least 1 to 2 years of customer service/ call centre environment
