Customer Service Executive (5 days, Up to 2.8K, JOO KOON)

Location: Benoi Cresent (Near Joo Koon MRT)

Salary: $2,500 - $2,800

Working Hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm

 

Responsibilities

• Processing customers order accurately & timely i.e. generating sales order and delivery order
• Communicate with internal & external customers i.e. updating customer on delivery schedule. 
• Maintain relationship with customers by providing support, information and guidance
• Processing data entry
• Ensure customers are well assisted & all enquiries are responded in timely manner.
• Coordinate with Purchase & Logistics team for effective and timely deliveries to the customers

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in business administration, logistics or any other equivalent discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service-oriented position
• Knowledge of ERP system would be advantageous.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
