Job Description

  • Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
  • Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle customer grievance and escalation
  • Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
  • Work closely with internal operations to meet customers’ requirements
  • Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
  • Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
  • Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Logistic and Supply Chain Management
  • At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in 3PL/ Freight forwarding industry
  • Immediate or short notice is preferred
  • Able to commit half day on alternate saturday 
  • Location: Alps
