Customer Service Executive - $2500- 2600

We are hiring under Recruit Express Permanent Customer Service.

Salary: $2500 - $2600  
Location Jurong / Tampines
Working hours: 12pm to 9pm (Wed – Fri) & 9am to 6pm (Sat & Sun) (Off Day on Mon & Tues)

Requirements 
- Min Olvl with customer service experience
- Front desk or admin experience
- Willing to work on weekends

Job Description
- Supporting projects and initiatives to provide quality customer experience and enhance retention
- Front Desk Duties
- Administrative Support Duties (Data Entry, Classroom schedule planning)
- Speaking to customers via phone
- Basic Operations work
- Ensuring cleanliness of facilities
- Handling payment collection (Cash, Nets, Credit Card)
- Handling customer enquiries and issues
- adhoc duties assigned
