Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting in customer's queries over phone and email
  • Handling administrative and customer relations functions
  • Generate monthly reports for submission to clients
  • Supervise a team of Admin staff
  • Any other ad hoc duties when required

 

Requirements

  • Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec or higher
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • 5.5 Days work week
