Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Respond to customers' enquiries
  • Set-up appointments
  • Confirming Directors' schedules
  • Prepare power point slides
  • Admin duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • No working experience required
  • Required Skill(s): Good writing skills, Search engine efficient, Effective portal usage, Customer service excellence, Clear communication skills, Time management
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and keen to learn
  • Responsible, problem solver with a positive attitude
  • Ability to follow-up through assignments meticulously and independently
