Job Description

An established organization, education industry, is seeking dynamic individuals to explore the following position:

 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATORS

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide customers with information and advice on products and services
  • Provide timely response to customers’ telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain accurate data for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Handle GIRO collection and prepare invoices

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Possess good telephone etiquette / pleasant disposition / interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy talking to prospects and building relationship
  • Working location: (1) North (2) East
