Customer Service Coordinator (Medical Device)

Job Scope

• Issue and follow up Purchase Order
• Handle PO/DO and Invoices
• Monitor the Purchasing / Sales Order processing activities
• Update inventory levels in the service department
• Liase with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor shipping and delivery schedules
• Documentations and updating of system
• Other General Administrative duties

Job Requirement

• Min. Nitec / Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management/ Lifescience or related discipline
• Training will be provided
• Preferably with working experience in a distribution, trading or 3PL multi-national environment
• Experience in the medical device and/or healthcare/pharmaceutical industry would be a distinct advantage
