Our Client, a well-established Japanese MNC in the Logistics industry, is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Customer Service team as a Customer Service Coordinator


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support via phone and email
  • Prepare shipping documents (Imports / Exports)
  • Process invoices
  • To extract and tabulate data for reporting purposes

 

Job Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
  • At least 1 year of experience in related field
