Our Client, a well-established Japanese MNC in the Logistics industry, is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Customer Service team as a Customer Service Coordinator
- Provide customer service support via phone and email
- Prepare shipping documents (Imports / Exports)
- Process invoices
- To extract and tabulate data for reporting purposes
- Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
- At least 1 year of experience in related field
