Responsibilities:
- Attend to all online inquiries, feedback and complaints, and all related matters
- Process orders and requests
- Making outbound calls to resolve customer complaints, and other outstanding issues
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and our logistics partners to ensure excellent customer service
Working Hour:
Monday to Saturday - 12:30pm to 9:30pm (One of the weekdays will be half day + Sunday perm off)
SALARY:
Up to $2300
