Customer Service Coordinator *Cantonese Speaking | Basic Up $3800

• Basic Up to $3800 (depends on experience)

• Marine equipment supplier MNC
• 5 days: 8.45am - 5.15pm
• Location: Sembawang
• Transport @ Admiralty, Clementi, Sengkang, Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marine equipment servicing/ maintenance orders
• Handle clients enquiries and requests from global accounts
• Follow up on quotations
• Ensure works done within time frame & to update clients accordingly
• Compile technical feedbacks from clients

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marine or Logistics field
• 0-4 years experience, preferably in Marine industry
• Able to work OT & on standby during weekend (*once per month)
• Able to speak English, Mandarin & Cantonese in order to liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients
• Only Singaporean
