Customer Service Coordinator (6 months | Immediate) #JWL

Job Scope:

• Receive and process service orders.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all customer purchase orders are placed on time.
• Make sure customer purchase order and sales quotations are tally.
• Follow up on deliveries with direct company or external suppliers.
• Liaise with sales department and get new purchase order and revised quotation from sales.
• Compile all the documents, customer PO, Sales quotations and invoices.
• Any other ad-duties as assigned by supervisor.

Note:

• Location: Joo Koon (walking distance from MRT)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Able to start work immediately.
• Able to commit minimum 6 months.
• Prior sales coordination/ customer service experience is required.
