Job Description

Temp Admin (1 month) *$8-$10 per hour > 3 vacancies

Location: Shenton Way

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

  • SIMPLE duties: assist HR dept in extracting and entering staff information into specific spreadsheet templates for HRIS system migration.  

*Students with some admin/ data entry experiences and good computer skill Welcomed to apply.

Customer Service Officer (Call centre) @Electronics/ IT MNC company

Salary: $1500-$1800

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri NO shift!) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • To attend to incoming calls received via Call Centre.
  • To monitor Technicians/ Customer Engineer's movement and timing.
  • To ensure meeting of committed Response Time to the Customers.
  • To highlight all customers’ complaints/ queries on service related issues to Call Centre supervisors and ensure Customer Service Managers and/or Technical Support Manager are aware when necessary.
  • To ensure all Engineer Service Reports (ESRs) are closed accurately and timely in the system.

Requirements:

N/O/A level/ Diploma with 1 to 2 years call centre/ customer service related experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

*FRESH Diploma graduates without experience welcomed to apply; Training provided.

*Malaysian graduates can be considered.

IT Desktop Support Engineer/ Executive @Shenton Way

Salary: $3000-$4000

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Duty:

Provide general business as usual ICT operation support to the organisation and perform ICT-related projects as assigned.

• Assist with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support ongoing usability of computers, telephony, printers, corporate mobile within established ICT standard operating procedure (SOP).

• Assist in ICT peripheral equipment purchase and preparation for all meetings.

• Work effectively with diverse business users and articulate the substantive issues clearly and concisely to staff members, management team and clients.

• Prepare and maintain the records of incident, software licences and other asset inventory.

Assist in coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing (UATs) and user training sessions, with involved partners, vendors, stakeholders and end-users, and follow-up on issues closely.

Requirements:

Diploma in IT or Computing/ related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant IT desktop support hands-on experience.

• Prior work experience in supporting Wi-Fi, Avaya telephony, mobile devices, Polycom, Cisco and WebEx video conferencing systems advantage.

• Knowledge with Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX and Microsoft Office.

• Good command of English and good communication, both written and inter-personal skills.

• Ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
