
Customer Service Call Centre
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Handles general enquiries and schemes/ campaign related enquires
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customers within the first call
• Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement
• Handles and manage escalation issues effectively and proficiently
• Handling of Mandarin speaking and local dialect clients
Job Requirements:
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills
• Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
• Supervisory positions are available too
• Preferably able to speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Working days/week: 5 to 5.5 days’ work week – depend on project.
