Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Handles general enquiries and schemes/ campaign related enquires
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customers within the first call
• Identify trending issues and types of feedbacks for areas of improvement
• Handles and manage escaltion issues effectively and proficiently
• Handling of Mandarin speaking and local dialect clients


Job Requirements:
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills
• Proactive, good organizational skills and time management
• Supervisory positions are available too

Salary: $8/hour

Working days: 5 - 5.5 days per week (depending on project)

Commitment period: 3 months
