Customer Service/ Call Centre Executive ($2000) - 1 year contract

Basic salary range:              $2,500 to $3,000

Working location:               Alexandra Road

Work Schedule:                   scheduled 5 days including weekends 

 Responsibilities:

• To greet all customers and offer assistance, regardless of Sales or Aftersales issues
• To interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
• To offer and serve beverages to them.
• To ensure that music and television programmes are continually on for viewing and listening pleasures of customers.
• To monitor showroom traffic daily.
• To ensure that brochures stands are replenished, and price lists are accurately displayed with the corresponding models of cars.
• To track the usage and whereabouts of the demonstrators.
• To ensure that reception area is always neat and tidy.
• To ensure that the showroom is well lit, and circulation is comfortable for customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
