Job Description

IT Project Co-ordinator (3-6 month contract) @West-Central (near mrt)
  • Temp Rate: $2000 - $2800 per mth
  • Working hours: 9am-6pm *5-Day week

Provide general admin, data entries & IT project co-ordination support

Compile and Consolidate Project documentation

Keep track project logistics and delivery

*Diploma/ Degree in IT/ Business IT/ equivalent with some IT project co-ordination/ project management experiences.

*FRESH IT Graduates can be considered.

Customer Service (Call Centre) Officer (junior) @Electronics/ IT MNC company > 2 positions

Salary: up to $1800

Location: West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri NO shift!) *5-DAY week

Duty:

  • To attend to incoming calls received via Call Centre.
  • To monitor Technicians/ Customer Engineer's movement and timing.
  • To ensure meeting of committed Response Time to the Customers.
  • To highlight all customers’ complaints/ queries on service related issues to Call Centre supervisors and ensure Customer Service Managers and/or Technical Support Manager are aware when necessary.
  • To ensure all Engineer Service Reports (ESRs) are closed accurately and timely in the system.

Requirements:

O/A level/ Diploma with 1 to 2 years call centre/ customer service related experiences. Good communication and computer skill.

*FRESH Diploma graduates without experience welcomed to apply; Training provided.

*Malaysian graduates can be considered.

IT Administrator/ MIS Executive ($2000 to $2600) @West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) *5-DAY week

  • Perform user administration and deployment of IT equipment.
  • Maintain PC in a Microsoft and Mac environment.
  • Manage email administration such as creating/maintaining user ids and email addresses.
  • Induct and train users in IT applications, advise and support users when required.
  • Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, telecommunication, audio-visual/office equipment.
  • Actively participate and support IT related projects.
  • Maintaining good end users’ relationships
  • Provide first level phone and email support
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in IT/ equivalent with 2 to 3 years in IT System/ Network support/ Database Admin/ related experiences.

IT Helpdesk Executive @MNC company ($2000 to $2500) @West-Central (near mrt)

Working hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) *NO shift! 5-DAY week

Provide telephone & email assistance on IT/ connectivity issues;

Co-ordinate and deploy Service Engineer for investigation and to resolve customer’s connectivity issues on site;

Troubleshoot IT and connectivity related issues over the phone till resolution;

Requirements:

Diploma in IT/ equivalent with 2 to 3 years relevant experiences preferably in supporting WIN environment and WIN server.

Good listening and customer handling skills.

Temp Rate: *$8-$9 per hour

Working hour: 12pm-12am with breaks (Mon-Sat) *4-5 Day week **Transport provided home

*NO experience required though those with some F&B/ serving drinks experiences advantage. TRAINING provided! NO washing required!
