Responsibilities:

  • assist with growing classes
  • work closely with teachers to ensure branches' progress and quality
  • manage centre's daily operations
  • student admission
  • preparation for payment collection
  • answer enquiries (calls/walk-ins)
  • handle parents' complaints
  • manage flow of students and parents during transition of classes
  • opening / closing of centre
  • arranging make-up classes
  • introducing courses parents
  • managing weekly class schedule
  • managing teachers' weekly teaching schedule
  • any other adhoc tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time

This role includes requiring candidate to oversee part-time customer service associates from other branches and will be the overall IC for centre's days of operations on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays

He/She should also have the following attributes:

1) Stamina for hard (ie. learning attitude)

2) Responsibility

3) Nurturing towards kids4) Able to work independently 

Working Time: 4 day week Fixed: Sun, Mon, Tue Rotating: Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat
Work Location: Fixed: Lorong Ah Soo / Yishun Rotating: Other branches that will require help

Centres Operating Hours:

Mon - Fri*: 1pm - 10pm Saturday - Sunday* : 9am - 10pm

*Only certain centres are opened on Sun, Mon, Tues
