Job Description

Location:
Brighton Crescent / Lorong Ah Soo

Responsibilities:

  • manage centre's daily operations
  • student admission
  • preparation for payment collection
  • answer enquiries (calls walk-ins)
  • handle parents' complaints
  • manage flow of students and parents during transition of classes
  • opening / closing of centre
  • arranging make-up classes
  • introducing courses parents
  • managing weekly class schedule
  • managing teachers' weekly teaching schedule
  • any other adhoc tasks or duties that may be assigned time time

 

He/She should also have the following attributes:
1) Stamina for hard (ie. learning attitude)
2) Responsibility
3) Nurturing towards kids


Working Time:

Fixed Timing:
1.) Sun 9am - 6pm (Brighton Crescent Branch)
2.) Tues 1pm - 10pm (Brighton Crescent Branch)

As required* between:
1) Wed – Fri: 1pm – 10pm (all branches)
2.) Sat: 9am – 10pm (all branches)

*The timing and branch may vary, depending on the needs of the Company. The Company will inform the Contractor of the work schedule at least 1 week before.
