Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers’ enquiries and perform registration of repair jobs at our mobile service center;
  • Liaise with back-room technicians on repair job status
  • Handle other administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work retail hour/weekends

 

Working location: Plaza Singapura or West Gate
