Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in developing and Customer Service Executives in day to day operations to provide program support to existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily customer service functions and activities
  • Handle customer’s complaint and ensure recovery action is taken in a timely manner
  • Initiate daily cycle count with operations team
  • Generate cycle count results and record keeping
  • Collate and prepare data for monthly billing
  • Additional functions as mandated by Management

Details:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm ; Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm 
  • Salary: $1600 to $2200 
  • Changi North 

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of working experience 
  • Proficient in Customer Service Orientation, Product Knowledge & System Knowledge (WMS)
