Job Description

*** This Position will be stationed at 7 Toh Tuck Link ***

 

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the day to day support activities of the parts store operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create FXS Technicians request order in FXAP – Oracle;
  • Manage and process FXS Technicians’ parts Walk-in or Call-in requests;
  • Create FICC order and feedback stock status;
  • Create and process DFUJ12 & 28 (FXS Recycling Project) orders;
  • Create ASN for ALC incoming shipment;
  • Process export orders;
  • Ensure input data accuracy;
  • Assist the supervisor to carry out daily operations and fulfill any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor;

Qualifications:

  1. Experience – 1 to 2 years
  2. Education – GCE ‘O’ Levels/Diploma with related experience
