Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Liasing and coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
  • Processing of Delivery Request from customer according to their requirements
  • Submission of Delivery Arrival Notice for Customers
  • Invoice Submission according to customers' requirement
  • Tracking of Delivery Orders / Invoicing and payment
  • I-Buttons/ Transport Termperature Management
  • Supply change management duties
  • Any other Ad-Hoc Duties 

Requirements

  • Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Possess good customer service & communication skills
  • PC literate: MS Office Applications
  • Able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
